Strong Workers are professional, reliable, responsive, honest, and safety-conscious. These habits help Posters assess offers and help Workers build a genuine task history.
Be professional
- Offer only on work you can legally, safely, and competently complete.
- Read the task carefully and ask questions before setting a fixed total.
- Keep your profile, skills, portfolio, and relevant licences accurate.
- Treat the Poster, property, neighbours, and other Workers respectfully.

Keep your capabilities and experience accurate in Account → Skills, then select Save skills.
Be reliable
- Accept work only when you can meet the agreed schedule.
- Arrive or deliver on time and communicate early if circumstances change.
- Complete the agreed scope and keep preventable cancellations to a minimum.
Be responsive
- Write a specific offer explaining what is included.
- Keep task decisions and progress updates in SpotOnTask messages.
- Agree and document scope or budget changes before doing extra work.
- Request payment release only when the agreed work is complete.

Use task chat to give timely updates and record agreed changes before doing extra work.
Be honest
- Do not exaggerate experience, qualifications, licences, identity checks, or availability.
- Do not create or encourage fake tasks, reviews, or marketplace activity.
- Keep all task payments on SpotOnTask and include expected costs in the offer.
- Report serious safety or conduct concerns through the platform.
Put safety first
Assess the work before starting, use appropriate equipment, follow applicable laws and safety requirements, and stop if conditions become unsafe or materially different from the post. Badges are trust signals, not substitutes for licences, qualifications, risk assessment, or insurance that a Worker may independently be required to hold.
